Logan Davis

My name is Logan Davis, and I am the new campus minister! Born and raised in Oxford, Iowa, I am a December 2019 graduate of Iowa State where I earned my bachelor's degree in biology with psychology and Spanish minors. During that time, I was an active participant in campus ministry events here, having been an Antioch leader, a small group leader, and community life team member among other things. During that time, I discerned a call to work in campus ministry, much to my surprise!

For the past year I have had the absolute delight of serving as the Resident Campus Minister at the St. Thomas More Newman Center in Columbia, Missouri, where I minister to the students of Mizzou. While I couldn't have asked for a better first job in ministry, I am beyond excited to return to Ames and start working with Iowa State students again. It feels very full circle to come back and be a campus minister in the church I still consider to be my spiritual home, to students who attend the same university that I did. I cannot wait to get started meeting students and resident parishioners, and please feel free to say hello if you see me!
