Hi, I'm Katie Schmitt, the 2007-2008 Liturgy Peer Minister. I'm 21 years old and a senior in journalism. I decided to become a reporter because I would like to make a difference in the world through my writing. I've lived in Rudd, Iowa all my life and have an older sister and a younger brother. My favorite form of prayer is through my journaling, so basically: I love to write. I love tea, walks and chocolate cookies. I'm really excited to be one of this year's peer ministers and can't wait to meet new people and make lasting friendships.
