The Board of Education works hand-in-hand with the Director of
Religious Education and determines goals and objectives to meet the
educational needs of the TOTAL parish community, which include: youth
ministry, adult and family education, sacramental preparation, and
child ministry.
|

The Board meets monthly at STA. For the 2007/2008 school year
meetings will be at 7 p.m. on the following dates:

November 6, 2007
January 8, 2008
February 5, 2008
March 4, 2008
April 1, 2008
May 6, 2008

Persons who are members of the Board of Education should be
interested and concerned about the broad educational mission of the
Catholic Church. They should be registered, practicing members of
the parish willing to share their gifts and skills and their
Christian faith for the benefit of the STA community.

Elections take place in the spring.
Members are elected to serve a 3 year term.
To nominate yourself for the Board of Education contact Kathy White,
the Director of Religious Education
(kathy@staparish.net).
You will be asked to provide a 75-100 word biography that will be
printed in the bulletin. You will also be asked to provide a photo
of yourself (or have one taken at the parish office) that will
accompany your biography.
