Parents of Young Children – Coordinators Needed
Welcome new parishioners - Coordinator Needed - This group would meet about 4 times a year. Their mission is to reach out to new parishioners and to invite them to parish events. Welcome team members are paired with new parishioners so that they will see a familiar face at Mass and other parish activities.
Parish Life Committee - No Committee Active at this time
The Parish Life Committee is an umbrella committee that oversees all of the activities involved in the parish life ministry - from babysitting to assisting with funerals.
This group looks at our ministries to assess whether we are meeting the needs of our parishioners and tries to identify the under-served among us.
The Parish Life Committee is one that is recommended by the Archdiocese of Dubuque and has an official statement of purpose, membership and functions in the St. Thomas Aquinas Constitution
1. To offer welcome to new parshioners and to foster a sense of belonging for all parishioners.
2. To support ministries which strive to welcome, nurture and serve all members of STA.
