Enrollment

Enrollment for your child(ren)'s faith formation classes for the 2012-2013 school year will be held after each mass on the weekends of August 18/19 and 25/26. Forms will be available at that time. You may also download them from this page and return the completed forms to Tyler Wheeler or to the parish office. We look forward to seeing you and starting another year of passing on the faith!

Enrollment Policy: Because of limited classroom space, Sunday morning Elementary grades 1-5 Faith Formation Classes are limited to a maximum of 20 students per class. Enrollment for registered STA families begins the last half of August and ends the 2nd Sunday of September. After this date, students will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
