Mustard Seed Catholic Worker Farm

The mission of the Mustard Seed Community is as follows: Guided by our faith and ethics, we are dedicated to sustainable, simple living, love of our neighbor, and creating a community in which everyone can participate in growing and eating delicious, healthy, locally produced food.

Located north of Ames, IA, the farm supports itself by selling Community Supported Agriculture shares. They also grow food for the shelters and soup kitchens in the area. As they improve the shelter on the farm, they hope to become capable of providing more long-term hospitality.
