"The Bible Tells Me So"
A 90-minute DVD featuring several families and their responses to their gay children. Responses vary from very supportive to alienating. This program devotes considerable time to the role of various Christian denominations in teaching negative attitudes toward gays.
"Through My Eyes"
A 45-minute DVD featuring several young people from the United States and Canada. The youth talk about their up-bringing, their discovery of being gay, and reactions of their churches and families.

Iowa State University student support services
Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Student Services (LGBTSS) is a safe space for all members of the university community to explore aspects of sexual orientation and gender identity/expression in an open and non-judgmental atmosphere. LGBTSS is committed to providing information and education that enhances the educational experience and overall quality of student life on the Iowa State University campus. LGBTSS and its staff work to promote advocacy, support, visibility, and diversity through programming, a variety of services, and referral. Brad Freihofer is the director.
