1) 집세에 include 되는 항목들 : Water, parking, garbage disposal, heat, snow removal, basic cable service, high-speed internet.
2) 전기 : The electric bill during winter ranges $25-$30, but in summer it will depend on how hot it is because running the air-conditioner is tenant’s responsibility.
Since heat is included in the rent, it would be better to get a room on the second floor since it gets very hot on the third floor during summer (All the buildings are three-stories).
3) 전화 : Tenant’s responsibility. The apartment office will give the tenants the information on how to have a phone installed.

5) 세탁 : Laundry is on the basement.
6) 가구 : Unfurnished, therefore tenants may need to buy some.

1) 버 스 : Bus stop to and from ISU is within 100 m from the apartment. It’s very convenient to take a bus. Even if you don’t have a car, no problem to go to school and shopping.

장단점
Very clean, spacious, quiet, and low rent as compared
to most of the apartment in
Very near North Grand Mall, and Papa John’s pizza, KFC, and an Italian fast food restaurant are just across the street.
It takes about 5 min to go to school by car, and 20 min by bicycle (Weather permitting, I ride bicycle to go to school).
